Does Surv really work with no network?

Yes. Every guide, scenario and tool is compiled into the app. Turn on airplane mode and use the whole app — the setup screens even ask you to try it and confirm what they detect.

I bought Surv Pro and it is not unlocked

Open Surv, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If it still does not appear, write to us with the date of purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Surv → Cancel. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the end of the period stops the next renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The compass points the wrong way

A phone compass is a magnetometer: a car bonnet, a metal frame, a speaker or a magnetic case will make it wrong. Move away from metal and wave the phone in a figure of eight to recalibrate. When in doubt, use the solar compass in Tools — it computes true north from the sun's real position and stays right when a magnetic compass does not.

Will Surv drain my battery?

It does nothing in the background. The GPS only runs while a screen that needs it is open, and it stops when you leave. Impact mode uses pure black on an OLED screen, which saves most of the battery, and the torch tools tell you what they cost before you start them.

Can I use Surv abroad?

Yes, everywhere, including with no SIM. The solar compass works at any latitude. The emergency numbers listed in the app cover Europe, North America and the UK — check your local number before you travel.

I found a mistake in a guide

Please tell us, with the guide name and what is wrong. Accuracy matters more than anything else in this app, and corrections are shipped quickly.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Erase all my data, or delete the app. Everything Surv stores is in the app's private storage; nothing is held on a server.
