What stays on your device

Your quit date, consumption entries, logged cravings, streaks and milestones are stored locally. The app does not include journal entries or coach messages in its analytics events. Deleting the app removes its local data; purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are separate.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription records, product identifiers, entitlement status and a generated app-user identifier so we can monitor purchases and subscription performance. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

PuffOff sends app-usage events to TelemetryDeck, including app opens, onboarding steps, paywall interactions and purchase outcomes. These events include app version, language, region, time since installation, a session identifier and a hashed random installation identifier. Purchase events may include product, price and currency. They do not include your name, quit journal or coach messages. This helps us understand app use and improve the product. No advertising identifier is used by this measurement code. See TelemetryDeck’s privacy information. Apple may also provide aggregated download and diagnostic statistics.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally by your iPhone. Nothing is sent through a server.

Children

PuffOff is not intended for children under 13.

Your rights

To ask about access, correction or deletion of data processed by our services, contact us below. We may need information that lets us locate a purchase or support record. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically delete service-side purchase records. Apple and the service providers have separate data retention practices described in their policies. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send.
