How do I type a fraction or a decimal?

Use the / key for a fraction (3/4) and the , key for a decimal (0,75 or 0.75). Equivalent answers are accepted: 2/4, 1/2 and 0.5 are all correct for one half. The ± key changes the sign.

My answer was right but counted as wrong

Check the correction shown after the answer: it gives the method. If you still think the app is wrong, send us the exact question and your answer — every question is generated with exact arithmetic and checked by an independent program, so we take any report seriously.

I don't appear on the ladder

The ladder needs an iCloud account on the iPhone (Settings → your name). Only finished, non-interrupted sprints with at least one point are ranked, and only your best score per format is published. If you were offline when you set your record, it is published the next time the ladder is opened.

My city is not found

Try adding the country: “Lyon, France”. Small towns sometimes resolve to the nearest municipality; that is the name other players in the same place will also get.

Someone has an offensive nickname

Long-press the line on the ladder: Hide this player removes it from your view, Report this nickname opens an e-mail to us with the identifier. Reported records are removed.

How do I leave the ladder or delete my data?

Ladder: Settings → your city → Leave the ladders. Everything else: Settings → Erase all my data, or delete the app. To have a published score removed, write to us with your nickname and city.

Does Numvolt work offline?

Yes. Training, XP, sprints and duels work with no network. Only the ladder needs a connection.
