What stays on your device

• Your sessions, answers, XP, levels, streak and daily goal.
• Your appearance, haptics and reminder settings.
• The nickname and city you chose for the ladder (also published, see below).

Deleting the app deletes this file. Settings → Erase all my data does the same without deleting the app.

The ladder (optional)

If you join the ladder, Numvolt publishes the following in the public database of its iCloud container, so that other players can see where they stand:

• Your nickname (chosen by you, 16 characters max), your city, and the county, region, country and continent derived from it.
• Your best score for each sprint format and daily challenge, with its duration, level, accuracy and date.
• An opaque identifier that Apple's CloudKit assigns to your iCloud account for this app. It is not your name, e-mail or Apple ID.

What is never published: your exact location, your address, your iCloud name, your sessions or mistakes. If you use “Use my location”, the position is read once, on the device, only to find the city name; it is not stored.

These records are hosted by Apple (iCloud/CloudKit) under Apple's privacy policy. You can leave the ladder at any time from the place sheet; your city is then removed from the app. Previously published scores remain until your next record replaces them, or on request at the address below.

You can hide any player from your own view of the ladder and report a nickname by e-mail from the ladder itself.

Usage counters (optional)

Numvolt sends usage events that tell us where people stop in the app: step names and counters such as “welcome step 2” or “sprint finished”, with the app version, device language and country, and the number of days since installation. The identifier is a random value created on first launch and hashed with SHA-256 before sending; it is reset if you erase your data.

What is never sent: your nickname, city, scores, answers, location, name or e-mail. There is no advertising identifier, no tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising.

These counters go to TelemetryDeck, hosted in the European Union. You can switch them off at setup or in Settings → Your data; turning them off removes no feature.

Notifications

If you enable the daily reminder, Numvolt schedules one local notification a day at the hour you choose. Local notifications never leave the device.

Children

Numvolt is suitable for all ages. Nicknames are free text: choose one that does not identify you, especially for a child. No personal data beyond what is described above is collected.

Your rights

For access to or deletion of a published ladder record, write to Gambinoromeo9@gmail.com with your nickname and city. Everything else is under your control on the device.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
