Desk Mode is not detecting anything

Place the iPhone 40–70 cm away, facing you, with your face fully visible and well lit. Detection triggers when a finger stays within 2 seconds of your mouth.

False alerts

Eating, drinking or holding the phone near your face can trigger an alert — that is expected. One alert too many never hurt anyone; a bite you missed does.

I slipped. Have I lost everything?

No. Tap “I slipped”: the counter restarts, and your photos, achievements and statistics all stay.

Restore my purchase

Settings › Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account.

Cancel a subscription

iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › NailSafe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Delete my data

Everything lives on your device: deleting the app erases all of it.
