Terms of Use

Purpose

LarpGPT gives access to a library of text prompts intended for image generators. The app generates no images and is not affiliated with any third-party generation service.

Subscriptions and purchases

Full access is offered as a weekly or yearly subscription, or as a single permanent purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple account on confirmation. Management and cancellation happen in your Apple account settings.

The weekly and yearly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Use of the prompts

The prompts provided may be used for personal and commercial purposes. You remain responsible for the images you produce and for complying with the terms of the generator you use.

Reselling, redistributing or republishing the prompt catalogue, in whole or in part, is not permitted.

Generated content

The prompts are written around silhouettes and figures seen from behind; they are not intended to depict any real person. You agree not to use them to produce deceptive content presented as authentic photographs of an identifiable person.

Images produced from these prompts are AI-generated. Where the platform you publish on requires synthetic content to be labelled, you agree to label it.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Results depend on the image generator used, its version and its own rules, over which we have no control.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are Apple's to decide, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Standard licence

Unless stated otherwise here, use of the app is governed by Apple's standard licence agreement: Terms of Use (EULA).
